I recently came to the discovery that I own 21 lipsticks. It's not even that bad! I thought it'd be way more! I love bright reds and pinks and I hardly own any nude colours. Today I'll share the reds in my collection.

I didn't use any lipliners because I wanted to show the exact colours of the lipsticks, this made some lipsticks bleed out a little bit. Usually I use lipliner, obviously.

1. Unity Cosmetics Lipstick in 132 Pink

This is the only colour in the round up that's not red. It's also the nudest colour I own. I don't particulary like this lipstick, it has a very heavy smell which I don't like. It's also a bit strange to me that it's called Pink when it's not pink at all. However, it is a good nude colour for me and I've used this multiple times.

2. L'oréal Paris Caresse in 401 Rebel Red

This is one of those hybrid lipstick/lipgloss products. It has a really sheer coverage. I wear it on days when I wear heavy eye make up and I still want something on my lips. I bought this because it reminded me of the Dior Addict lipsticks. Is it a dupe? No.

3. Chanel Rouge à Lèvres in 24 Bel Respiro

I forgot about this lipstick actually! My sister bought it for me a few years ago, I think it might have been for Christmas but I'm not sure. I was really obsessed with coral lipsticks a few years ago (Maybelline's Coral Fire was my go-to lipstick but I've seem to lost them..) and she bought me this one. I was so happy with it! It was my first high-end lipstick and I felt so special wearing it. The colour pay off is really good and it smells fantastic. The lasting power isn't amazing but I should still wear this more often. It's probably a nice colour for spring.

4. Topshop Lips in Beguiled

This lipstick was an impulse buy in London. I swatched it on my hand at Topshop the day before and it stayed on really well. The next day I decided to buy it because I was really loving the berry tone. Once I applied it on my lips is was awful! The formula just doesn't work for me, it's too sticky and the colour just won't apply evenly. If you look closely in the picture you can see a line on my upper lip, that's because the colour just moves around every time you put your lips together. Awful. I don't know if they have renewed the formula but I think they still carry this lip colour. I hope they did something about the awful formula though!

5. MAC Red (satin)

Just a perfect red. This is one of those lipsticks that fit anyone. I bought this because I wanted a good red lipstick. I chose Red over Russian Red because the satin finish is more flattering to people with small lips like me.

6.  Rimmel Colour Show Off lipstick 230 Red Fever

I've had this lip colour for so  long. It smells really nice and it stays on very well. I blogged about this one before.

7. MAC Lady Danger (matte)

Lady Danger is one of my current favourites. I'm loving the whole orange lip trend! I might go for an even more orange colour but this is the perfect in-between red and orange. It's also universally flattering. I wrote a review about it as well.

8. Rimmel London Lasting Finish by Kate Lipstick 01

I have to confess that I forgot about this lipstick as well. It's a really nice lipstick! I totally forgot that I had so many red lipsticks! This is a really good, super pigmented lipstick and it smells really nice.

                                               9. MAC Dubonnet (amplified)

This is the first MAC lipstick I had. My friend Lucie gave it to me for my eighteenth birthday. I love this colour because it's a really nice dark-red without being too dark.

What are your favourite lipsticks? How many lipsticks do you own?
